You can move into your room from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we need the room back by 11:00 a.m. ;)
If you intend to check in after 20:00, please see "Reception".
You can bookbreakfast as and when you like. In addition to numerous muesli variations, delicious jams, a selection of fresh bread rolls and good coffee, you will find many other treats at the buffet.

- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 - 10:00 am
As long as your dog is not bigger than you, he is very welcome. We charge 15,00 Euro per day. Please let us know when you make your booking.
Children up to the age of 12 can stay in their parents' bed free of charge. Unfortunately, no extra bed is possible due to lack of space. A full-paying person will therefore be charged from the age of 12.
The city of Wiesbaden currently charges a visitor's tax of €5.00 per person/day on all hotel stays (both private and business stays). This amount will be charged to you at the hotel and is not included in the price of your overnight stay. The visitor's tax valid at the time of arrival applies and is passed on 1-to-1 to the city of Wiesbaden.
The lift provides barrier-free access to every floor.
Our bar is open 24/7 for you. You simply help yourself from our self-service bar and write the drinks you have consumed on the list. We will check the list daily and add the consumption to your room bill. Make yourself comfortable with a cool drink in the lounge!
Our reception is open daily between 06:00 and 20:00. If you wish to check in later or your arrival is delayed, please inform us in good time. This is the only way we can ensure a smooth check-in.
The hotel has a car park in front of the building. The rule here is: first come, first serve! But don't worry, if all the car parks are full, you can park at the roadside without paying extra. After 17:00 there is usually free parking here (commercial area).
Please outside the door! Smoking is absolutely forbidden in the entire building!
Anyone who does not comply will unfortunately have to pay cleaning costs of €300.00. So: rather outside the door!
Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Just log in to our WLAN with the password "twicewlan".

Cash-free hotel
Our hotel is a cash-free zone . We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments continues to decrease. For this reason, our hotel is a cash-free zone. This means: less rummaging, less counting and much more time for everyone! :) In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods.
We ask for your understanding that we are therefore unable to accept cash payments.
