You can check into your room on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m. On the day of departure, however, we need the room back by 11:00 a.m. ;)
If you intend to check in after 08:00 p.m., please check "Reception".
Breakfast can be booked as the mood takes you.
In addition to numerous muesli variations, delicious jams, fresh bread rolls and good coffee, you will find many other delicacies at the buffet.

As long as your dog is not bigger than you, we're happy to welcome him.
We charge € 15.00 per day. Please give us an Info while booking a room.
Children up to 12 years of age can stay in their parents' bed free of charge. For reasons of space, an extra bed is unfortunately not possible. From the age of 12, everyone is charged as an adult.
The city of Wiesbaden charges a visitor's tax of currently €5.00 per person/day on all hotel stays (both private and business stays). This amount will be charged to you at the hotel and is not included in the overnight price. The visitor's tax valid at the time of arrival applies and is passed on 1-to-1 to the city of Wiesbaden.
The lift provides barrier-free access to every floor.
Our bar is open for you 24/7. You simply help yourself from our self-service bar and write down the drinks you have consumed in the list. The list is checked daily by us and the consumption is written to your room bill. Make yourself comfortable with a cool drink in the lounge!
Our reception is open daily between 06:00 a.m. and 08:00 p.m. If you wish to check in later or your arrival is delayed, please inform us at an earlier stage. That's the only way we can ensure a smooth check-in.
The hotel has parking spaces in front of the building. The rule is: first come, first serve! But don't worry, if all the parking spaces are occupied, you can park at the side of the road without additional charges. After 5:00 p.m. there is usually a free choice of parking space here (commercial area).
Please outside of the hotel! Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the entire building!
If you don't comply, you will unfortunately have to pay cleaning costs of €300.00 yourself. So: rather in front of the door.
WiFi is available free of charge throughout the hotel. To do so, dial into our WiFi with the password "twicewlan".
We accept debit cards and American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
Cash-free hotel since January 01, 2023
Our hotel has been a cashless zone since January 1st, 2023. We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments is continuing to decrease, so we have switched completely to "cash-free" since the beginning of the new year. That means less rummaging, less counting and a lot more time for everyone! :) In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods for you.
Please understand that we will no longer be able to accept cash payments.
