If you still miss certain information, you will find us at the reception - in person or electronically.
If expected, of course we provide a cot in the room free of charge. In order to be well prepared, please select the baby bed under "Extras" when you book on our website.
The city of Bonn levies an accommodation tax of 6% on the overnight price for private or business related trips.
The lodging tax is not included in the room rate and will be calculated and charged on site at the hotel. 100% of this fee is passed on to the city of Bonn.
Eiiii, didn't your clothes survive the arrival without any creases? At our reception you can borrow an iron for emergencies.
You can move into your room on the day of arrival from 3 p.m. On the day of departure we need the room back by 11:00 a.m. ;)
If you intend to check in after 10 p.m., please let us know in advance.
Check - available! Our lift takes you and your luggage comfortably to the third floor.
There is hardly a better way to start the day than with "probably the best breakfast in town". With us, the day begins with a varied breakfast buffet with delicious juices, a large muesli and topping station, fresh bread rolls and everything your heart desires in the morning.
The breakfast room is on the ground floor, opposite the conservatory.
- Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m
- Saturday, Sunday & public holidays: 08:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Don't have nice hair and need a hair dryer? No problem, just contact us at reception. But then you have to do the styling yourself.
Exploring the city before checking in or delaying the journey home as long as possible after checking out (for whatever reason)!? No problem, you can leave your luggage at the reception.
You can also take us as a gift. Simply select and personalize a desired voucher, complete the online payment and in a few seconds you will receive your voucher directly by e-mail at home.
If you have a voucher that you would like to redeem with us, please show us the voucher upon arrival. Vouchers can only be redeemed on site at the hotel.
Of course you can also bring your four-legged companion with you. Please indicate when making your reservation that you are traveling with a dog.
We charge €15.00 per pet/night.
We warmly welcome children. Please note that there is no possibility of adding an extra bed and that our double rooms can be occupied by a maximum of two people.
Accompanying children are indicated in the booking mask. Children over the age of 12 are considered "adults" here.
There is no air conditioning.
There are 9 hotel parking spaces in the backyard, which we allocate on the day of arrival depending on availability. We charge €15.00 per car/night. Unfortunately, advance reservations are not possible.
You will find alternative parking options in the area. Our tip: You can park for free in the "Rigal'sche Wiese" car park. Distance: about 10 minutes on foot.
Not in the building, please! Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in the public areas or in the rooms.
Those who do not comply can look forward to cleaning costs of €300.00.
Our reception is currently staffed around the clock.
In our super-cozy conservatory you will find our self-service bar with a coffee/tea station. You are welcome to use the "hot machine" as you wish, because coffee and tea 24/7 are part of our benefits for you.
When reaching into the fridge, however, the rule is: don't forget to write it down! When consuming cold drinks from our self-service, we ask you to enter the drinks you have taken on the enclosed list. The billing takes place on the day of departure at check-out.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. To do this, log into our WiFi with the password "twicewlan".

Cash-free hotel since January 01, 2023
Our hotel has been a cashless zone since January 1st, 2023. We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments is continuing to decrease, so we have switched completely to "cash-free" since the beginning of the new year. That means less rummaging, less counting and a lot more time for everyone! :) In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods for you.
Please understand that we will no longer be able to accept cash payments.
