The city of Bonn levies an accommodation tax of 7% on the accommodation price for travelling for private or business reasons.
The accommodation tax is not included in the room rate and will be charged and invoiced at the hotel. This tax is passed on 100% to the city of Bonn.
Eiiii, your clothes didn't make it through the journey wrinkle-free? You can borrow an iron from reception in case of an emergency.
You can move into your room from 15:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we need the room back by 11:00 a.m. ;)
If you intend to check in after 22:00, please inform us in advance.
Check - available! Our lift takes you and your luggage comfortably up to the third floor.
There is hardly a better way to start the day than with "probably the best breakfast in town". We start the day with a varied breakfast buffet with delicious juices, a large muesli and topping station, fresh bread rolls and everything your heart desires in the morning.
The breakfast room is located on the ground floor, opposite the conservatory.

- Saturday, Sunday & public holidays: 08:00 to 10:30
You don't have nice hair and need a hairdryer? No problem, just let us know at reception. But you'll have to do the styling yourself.
Want to explore the city before check-in or delay your journey home as long as possible after check-out (for whatever reason)? No problem, you can leave your luggage at reception.
You can also give us as a gift. Not personally, of course, but a stay with us. Simply select and personalise the voucher you want, complete the online payment and in a few seconds you will receive your voucher directly by e-mail to your home.

If you have a voucher that you would like to redeem with us, please present the voucher to us on arrival. Vouchers can only be redeemed at the hotel.
Your four-legged companion is of course welcome! Just let us know when you make your reservation that you are travelling with your dog.
We charge €15.00 per pet/night. Please understand that dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the breakfast room.
Children are very welcome here. Children travelling with you must be specified in the online booking form, stating their age. We are happy to provide you with an optional baby cot for €10.00 per night.
Air conditioning is not available.
There are 9 hotel car parking spaces in the rear courtyard, which we allocate on the day of arrival subject to availability. We charge € 15.00 per car/night. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a parking space in advance.
You can find alternative parking spaces in the surrounding area. Our tip: You can park free of charge in the "Rigal'sche Wiese" car park. Distance: approx. 10 minutes on foot.
Not in the building, please! Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted in the public areas or in the rooms.
Those who do not comply will be charged a cleaning fee of €300.00.

In our super Cosy winter garden you will find our self-service bar with coffee/tea station. You are welcome to help yourself to the "hot machine" as you wish, because coffee and tea 24/7 are part of our benefits for you.
However, when reaching into the fridge, don't forget to write it down! When consuming cold drinks from our self-service, we ask you to enter the drinks you have taken in the enclosed list. You will be charged on the day of departure when you check out.

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. Just log in to our WLAN with the password "twicewlan".

Cash-free hotel
Our hotel is a cash-free zone . We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments continues to decrease. For this reason, our hotel is a cash-free zone. This means: less rummaging, less counting and much more time for everyone! :) In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods.
We ask for your understanding that we are therefore unable to accept cash payments.
