Our COMFY rooms are the perfect choice for allergy sufferers. In this category, we offer some rooms with hard flooring, among other things. Please select the COMFY room in your online booking and also indicate your request for an "allergy room" under "non-binding requests".
Are you traveling with a baby and don't want to bring your own crib? No problem! We are happy to provide you with a baby crib in your room. We charge EUR 10.00 per night for this.
Please state directly in your online booking that you are traveling with a baby (including age). You can then optionally book a baby crib for your stay in the "Extras" section.
Our hotel is barrier-free. An elevator also takes you comfortably to all floors. If you also need a room with disabled access, our COMFY room is the right choice for you. Please select the COMFY room in your online booking and indicate your request for a disabled-accessible room in the "non-binding requests" section.
At our hotel bar, we provide you with sparkling drinks - from lemonade and freshly tapped barley juice to long drinks.

You can move into your room from 03:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we need the room back by 11:00 a.m.
Because it is so nice, we also offer you an "extra-large" stay, always on request and subject to availability. You can indicate this request directly when booking via our website.
- Early check-in from noon: 30.00 euros surcharge per room
- Late check-out until 02:00 p.m.: 30.00 euros surcharge per room
A digital counter is available for check-in and check-out. Of course, our twice team will also be happy to assist you. Simply enter your reservation number/surname and pay for your stay (if you haven't already done so) and your twice hotel stay will begin.
You cannot do without it, otherwise a proper workout would be waiting for you. All floors are accessible by elevator.
You can put together your own delicious breakfast at our partner bistro, the "campusdeli".
Simply book your daily breakfast directly with your hotel stay.
Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer. However, for a perm you would have to bring your own equipment.

We charge EUR 15.00 per night for your dog. Please indicate your pet directly when booking (when booking online in the "Extras" section).
Please note the following children's regulations:
- Children stay free of charge in their parents' bed (with 2 adults only up to a maximum of 5 years)
- Extra beds are optional in the following room categories, subject to availability: COSY, ROOMY.
- Children up to and including 11 years pay +10.00 EUR per night in an extra bed.
- Children from 12 years pay +30.00 EUR per night in an extra bed.
- Baby cribs are optional in all rooms (+10.00 EUR per night).
Please indicate at the beginning of your online booking how many children (including age) you would like to travel with. You will then be shown suitable available rooms. Baby cribs can be optionally added to your room booking via the "extras" section.

However, we find it rather uncool to run the air conditioning with the window open. Not only does the performance leave a lot to be desired, but energy is also "wasted" unnecessarily. Please make sure that you only use the air conditioning when the window is closed and switch it off when you leave the room.
In the adjacent parking garage, some parking spaces are reserved for our twiceHotel guests only. These cannot be reserved in advance and are subject to availability. We charge EUR 10.00 per night. The parking ticket is validated at our reception desk.
Please make sure that you only park in the designated hotel parking areas.
Alternatively, you will find other public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
Please in front of the door! Smoking is strictly forbidden in the entire building.
Our reception is open daily from 06:30 a.m. to 06:30 p.m. After 6:30 p.m. you will find us at the hotel bar - not for sipping drinks, but as a drinks supplier and twice-buddy for your questions, check-in and stay issues ;)

Cash-free hotel
Our hotel is a cashless zone. We have noticed that the proportion of cash payments continues to decrease. For this reason, our hotel is a cash-free zone. This means less rummaging, less counting and much more time for everyone! :) In return, we will continue to expand our range of alternative (digital) payment methods.
We ask for your understanding that we are therefore unable to accept cash payments.
